I started physical therapy for my knee yesterday. Finally.
I really put this off too long. I know I did a lot of traveling in October, and work was very busy, but still – I can’t jog across the street without looking like someone from the Ministry of Silly Walks.
So I’ve got a series of stretches and some killer knee bends to do twice a day.
I’m actually looking forward to getting back in shape again – and having my mobility back to 100%.
