These are my hands after I did a double back-fist strike to break two boards at once. I missed a bit with my right hand and didn’t connect with my knuckles, which is why I’m a bit scraped up, bloody and bruised on the back.
But yes, I do feel kind of bad-ass!

Saturday, Kathy and I joined daughters E and N to watch black-belt testing at their school. We went about 1 pm, after all the endurance portion was over and they were beginning the form and technique testing. Very cool stuff.
